A: After you confirm our Proforma Invoice (PI), we will request you to make payment. T/T, Paypal, and Western Union are the most common methods we use.
A: First, we discuss order details and production details. Then we issue a PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make a pre-paid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we receive the deposit, we start processing the order. We usually need 7-15 days if the items are not in stock. Before production is finished, we will contact you for shipment details and the balance payment. After the payment has been settled, we begin preparing the shipment for you.
A: We offer replacements. If there are defective items, we usually credit our customer or replace them in the next shipment.
A: We perform spot inspections and finished product inspections. We check the goods systematically at each step of the production process.
