We mainly produce memory foam, normal foam, high resilience foam, egg foam and foam products. We have over 20 years of experience in foam design, production, and sales. Our products mainly export to market Europe, America, Middle East, Australia, and Africa etc. Our factory covers an area of nearly 50000 square meters and has over 200 employees. We have 3 intelligent foam production lines and multiple advanced machinery and equipment.
In order to save shipping costs, all sponge products can be vacuum compressed and shipped, with a compressed volume that is 80% smaller than before. Usually, the foam may take within 48 hours to recover to its original size. We have US, Chile, Australia and New Zealand Clients, we also export roll foams and foam sheets to them. We have some clients in South America, and the shipping time will be over one month. The foam is always in good condition after they open the package.
Yes, of course. There are two solutions for special sizes:
(1) Cut from our standard size 150*200cm or 180*200cm into your special size, but we will charge the price for the whole piece of 150*200 cm or 180*200cm.
(2) If the total quantity is above 50 CBM, we can produce a whole production line with your special size for you.
Yes, we can make roll foam with a max width of 230cm and a max length of 60 meters.
Yes, we can customize the color based on a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50 CBM.
The foam will be compressed and vacuumed before loading. For a 20GP container, it can be loaded with about 90 CBM of the foam before compression. For a 40HQ container, it can be loaded with about 250 CBM before compression. If the foam is super soft foam, a 20GP can load about 110 CBM, and a 40HQ can load 270 CBM.
Usually 10-15 working days after deposit.
Usually, the foam may take up to 48 hours to recover to its original size. The foam is always in good condition after unpacking, even after shipping times over one month.
